Scholars at Risk is a network consisting of higher education institutions that offer temporary positions to scholars who are threatened in their home countries. This allows scholars to continue their work safely at a host institution.
The Norwegian section of SAR was established in 2011, at the initiative of SAIH. Today, SAIH is a member of the steering committee where we contribute, among other things, to disseminating knowledge about the annual release of the Free to Think report.
